This role will see you reporting to the CFO and deliver key insights as the company continues to set industry benchmarks.
Your new role
This role will give you a variety of challenges, not only with reporting requirements but assisting with process improvement and innovation. Your duties will include:
- Analysis and reporting, including key customers, revenue, profitability and products
- Presentation of analysis, budgets and forecasts with key business managers
- Preparation of monthly reporting for managers and board
- Assist with ERP implementation
- Project accounting and analysis
- Process review, analysis and improvement
What you'll need to succeed
This role will require you to have a solid understanding of the manufacturing environment as well as a strong management accounting background. You'll be able to easily discuss complex manufacturing processes with business managers and translate financial information into easily understood formats. Your passion for improvement, analysis and innovation will make you a key part of the finance team.
