A dynamic and fulfilling role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join us in providing on-going care in the private homes of our clients. Ideally we are seeking to provide continuity of care with regular nurses in regular shifts.
Being a motivated, experienced and dynamic registered nurse you will provide the necessary one on one support to allow our clients to continue on their journey of rehabilitation from serious injury's or illnesses.
You'll give assessments which will form a client's support plan and be the go to person for clinical advice for our support workers. You'll also offer oversight to our remote support workers who provide a valuable function in supporting people to live independently in their own homes. See the video below for an insight.
This is a dynamic and extremely rewarding role where you get to visit people in their own homes so no two days are the same.
You’ll have your own caseload and will be based in our Porirua office where the team is responsible for looking after clients from Pukerua Bay through to Porirua, Tawa, Wellington and surrounds. You’ll be part of a wider Regional Team with two other teams, one based in the Hutt Valley and the other in the Kapiti Coast. Ocassionally you may be asked to help in the other areas as required.
