An Occupational Therapist role is now available in the Active+ Waikato team. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist who is keen to make an exciting career move to join our large and dynamic multidisciplinary team, as an employee or contractor. The position would be based at our Taupo Clinic.

If you are a hard-working team player with a sense of fun and are looking to work for a premier NZ Vocational Rehabilitation service, then this is the role for you.  Our ideal applicant will be efficient and able to meet deadlines, whilst meeting ACC requirements, as well as being I.T. savvy.

Active+ Waikato provides a supportive and widely varied environment to grow and use your skills. You will be working within a large team of highly experienced, post graduate qualified Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists.   Dependent on your skills and interests, your role will cover a wide ranging caseload of vocational rehabilitation work.

We offer an excellent remuneration package including salary, phone and use of vehicle; making this a highly desirable position for any Occupational Therapist looking to further their career yet maintain a work/life balance on salaried hours.  Or, if it is your preference you have the option of working as a Contractor.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit, a current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate and a current NZ driver's licence.  Preference given for Post-graduate qualifications in Vocational Rehab services, and/or a proven record of relevant professional development in this scope of work.
