• Leading global medical device provider with a focus on providing custom-made dental products to customers in the fast-growing dental industry.
• They are leaders in markets in Western Europe, Australia, China and Hong Kong, and have a fast-growing market share in the US.
• They service a customer base of over 12,000 accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW

• They are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager, (4 or 5 days per week), to be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and delivering an excellent customer service experience.
• 90% of your time will be spent travelling on the road, calling on existing customers in dental practices. You must be based in Auckland!
• You will ensure customer satisfaction and deliverance of high quality customer service end to end.
• This will be delivered through a range of customer contact initiatives to ensure the retention of key customers for the organisation.
• You will own the overall service relationship with assigned customer base to maximize satisfaction, adoption and retention.
• You will ensure growth and development of the company’s niche product range.
• You will maximise interactions across the portfolio so you can strategically analyse existing and new accounts to expertly show clients the customer service and value the company can provide.
• You will establish, maintain and enhance the customer experience through effective support of customer’s strategic goals with all products and services.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

• If you have 2+ years dental exposure/experience with similar Customer Service/Account Management/Sales experience or are a current or ex Dental Practice Manager or Dental Nurse looking for something different, and you have a good business brain, you should talk to us ASAP.
• Preference will be given to anybody with deep sector or domain knowledge of dental industry or dental technician experience will be very highly regarded as long as you have strong business acumen.
