We are looking for a person with X-factor to assist/supervise our Support Workers to:

• achieve their NZQA qualifications
• achieve competency sign-offs
• provide ‘hands on’ quality services to our clients at home
• complete their annual appraisals

Ideally you will have:

• Homecare experience
• Training / Coaching experience
• Level 4 or higher NZQA Level qualification
• Excellent communication skills and engagement skills
• Full NZ drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
• Eligibility to work in NZ
