Ideally (but not essentially) you will hold NZ Nursing registration- but more importantly, you will have previous experience managing a facility in Aged Care / health.

Your role:

• Foster a culture of excellence, client-centered service delivery & genuine caring
• Provide an environment which encourages staff development & progression
• Develop strategies for ongoing improvement
• Build relationships with your residents, their families, staff & the local community
• Oversee quality standards, financial reporting and staff management
