A little bit about the role:
Reporting to the accounting manager some of your duties will include:
- Processing high volumes of invoices across weekly and monthly pay runs.
- Invoice query resolution and handling of purchase orders.
- Direct payments – local & overseas.
- Statement reconciliations
- Other ad hoc duties
Who are you and what is your profile?
You will be an experienced accounts payable professional looking for a new challenge. You will have ideally worked on large accounting packages before, such as Dynamics or Navision. Experience in large organizations will be advantageous, and previous high volume accounts payable experience is essential. Due to the nature of this role you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
