Health Connections are a leading provider of youth health and development services and we're seeking a permanent full time Registered Nurse. You will be a key member of our dynamic health team that delivers an enhanced primary care service to young people in residence and community.
If you're the person we're looking for, you will demonstrate solid clinical experience in youth health and development. Other characteristics will be enthusiasm to embrace new ideas and 'outside-the-square' thinking towards service delivery. Candidates must have a current and valid Annual Practicing Certificate and driver's licence. You'll be a relationship builder, an innovator and an influencer.
In your role as Registered Nurse, you'll take great pride in working as part of team to improve outcomes for young people. You'll enjoy working with other sectors and stakeholders to improve youth health services.
