Are you an enthusiastic and engaging administration wiz with a passion for risk management? Are you able to influence individuals to ensure best practice is carried out at all times?
A new permanent opportunity has arisen for a Service Development Officer to join our dedicated and collaborative team working 20 hours per week. With your proven and outstanding communication and administration skills you will facilitate and implement a coordinated risk management approach to our operations.
By being passionate and engaging you will influence and educate our colleagues to ensure they understand and appreciate the concept of a risk management approach as the foundation for best practice in the management of health services and specifically those provided by Hospice Southland. Additional, your logical and methodical approach will be utilised when writing and implementing process documents.
Highly motivated and organised you will have the drive and energy to plan, coordinate and support the overall risk management approach including a comprehensive quality Improvement programme for the hospice in consultation with the Hospice Leadership Group and Quality Improvement Committee where your passion for continuous improvement will shine through.
