We're looking for GPs to come and join our growing practices in the beautiful Wairarapa, a rural setting approximately an hour from central Wellington.

With a relaxed lifestyle and a great environment for families, the Wairarapa is a great place to put down some roots and make it your own.

We have vacancies in two practices (one in Greytown and one in Masterton), so if you're looking for anything from 4 sessions a week or greater then let us know and we'll find a place for you.

Both of our practices are primed for growth, and we're currently investing significant funds into developing their potential.

The Wairarapa is a fantastic place to live, with high quality education for the family and both relaxation and adventure right on your doorstep.

If you're new to the area, we'll provide accomodation and travel support while you find your feet in the area.

As part of your role we'll also support your own professional development, including study leave and course costs. The Wairarapa has a significant population of GPs, so you will be well supported locally.

To work with us you'll need to have:

  • MCNZ registratuion or a qualification to register to practice in New Zealand
  • Received or be working towards vocational registration in general practice
  • Good clinical and communication skills
  • Have sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilise your experience
  • Be confident in supporting a variety of ethnicities and cultures.
