Our client is one of New Zealand’s leading residential aged care providers, renowned for its excellence in providing high standards of service throughout its facilities. A reputable organisation that thrives on finding new ways to make a positive difference.
We are looking for an empathetic and commercially-astute individual to fill in the position of ‘Business and Care Manager’ at a prime location in Auckland. Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, you will focus on managing the day-to-day business and operations of the village.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking day-to-day ownership of the business operation
- Management of Service Delivery
- Driving Performance Management
- Leadership and management
- Health and Safety
The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience, namely:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Health, Hospitality and/or business management.
- Ability to lead team and manage teams in the Healthcare sector
- Excellent professional communication skills – both written and oral
- Recent aged care experience and sector knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent customer relationship and people management skills
- Financial acumen
This role would be ideal for someone with management experience preferably from a service sector who is committed to service excellence with entrepreneurial mindset.
