At our Melrose (The BAYVIEW) facility in TAURANGA we require a full time Registered Nurse to provide safe resident care in a way that promotes our residents' independence and quality of life. Must be able to work Day and Night duty on a rotating shifts.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
- Great people skills with empathy for the elderly
- A commitment to continuous quality improvement and professional development
- The ability to coach and mentor other staff
- The flexibility to work on a rostered shift basis
