The Role

• Field Sales / Account Manager role covering the North and South Island - (so can be based in either North or South region) 60 -70% travel and away from home.
• Reporting to the Field Sales Manager - ANZ
• Provding sales solutions and product demonstrations to end-users - vision-impaired in the Education, Corporate, Aged Care and Home-care sectors
• Key Account Management - maximising existing accounts and bringing on new (Rehab and Aged Care Centres as well as Corporate accounts)
• Promote new and existing low-vision and blindness products to customers
• Deliver a valued service - help improve lives by finding solutions and product matches
• Deliver a compassionate sale/customer service/account management

The Benefits

• This is a Junior-level role - so salary will be around $45k + car allowance and expenses + super + uncapped commissions which kick in at 80% to target
• Company credit card also provided to cover travel expenses

The Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Science, Education or similar highly regarded but not essential
• Field Sales, Telesales or Account Management experience
• Must be happy to travel and be out in the field/away from home up to 70% of the time
• Motivated self-starter, ability to work autonomously (after training)
• Ability to work with CRM systems and use of Skype/Zoom for video meetings when required
• Passion for helping people and a flair for sales
