Our Wesley Facility in Auckland¸ is seeking two committed, passionate and empathetic Healthcare Assistants to provide support and excellent care to our elders. You will naturally have the ability to build rapport with residents, staff and visitors. Your kindness and caring nature will shine through your personality as you will bring smile to their faces on a daily basis.
Working as part of a close knit team, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents' needs are met on a daily basis, providing exceptional care and remembering on having fun along the way! You will ensure of maintaining resident confidentiality by respecting their dignity. Some flexibility around picking up extra shifts will also be advantageous.
To be considered for the role, you must have:
- Previous working experience in the same or similar role
- Proven eligibility to work in NZ
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A relevant qualification will be advantageous
- Empathetic and passionate nature
- Team player, with a positive attitude
