A full time and varied role providing best practice clinical support, mentoring, education and advocacy to improve the health outcomes of a vulnerable population through combining clinical knowledge, assessment skills and person centred service
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver high quality and holistic healthcare with the support of an inter-professional, experienced team who are committed and motivated to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional service.
Requirements for the role are:
- New Zealand (NZ) Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
- A minimum of two years post-graduation working full time in a NZ healthcare setting (preferably aged care and/or residential)
- Dedicated to the provision of best practice and safe clinical care and services to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations
- A full NZ drivers Licence
