An exciting opportunity to join The Fono – New Zealand's foremost Pacific health and social services organisation at our practice in Wyndham St Auckland (next to St Patrick's Cathedral).
This Registered Nurse position (8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri) is a special opportunity and will suit a RN with at least 2+ years' primary health experience looking for an interesting general practice role in a community health organisation.
Our patient population is representative of the vibrant Central City. And you will enjoy being part of a wider practice team that as well as GPs includes a dental group and growing involvement in public health and social services.
Preferred attributes are:
- Good RN primary health experience
- Capable in chronic care management
