The opportunity:
As our National Manager – Integrated Rehabilitation Services, you’ll be focused on driving the performance of a range of rehabilitation services, including our Pain Management and Corporate Health Services. You will be involved in developing, executing and then sustaining strategic initiatives, and will champion integrated and patient-focused care through continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll be working on service design and implementation that future proofs Proactive, and naturally, this will include evaluation and analysis of our data, with an eye on quality control, compliance, benchmarking and direction.
You will play a key role in the mentoring and education of our leaders, and promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement and innovation to ensure we have high performing teams.
This is a highly collaborative and influential role, where you’ll develop strong relationships at all levels, both internally and amongst the wider health industry. Everything you do will be reflective of our mission to provide integrated and transformative health services.
Who are we looking for?
- Highly experienced clinician with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Natural relationship builder, able to influence and gain credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- An out of the box thinker who brings a growth mindset, and can work across traditional domains, challenging established thinking.
- Ability to contribute to service design and development.
- Project management experience and the ability to analyse, manipulate and report on data.
- Knowledgeable across a range of services, with expertise in Pain Management.
