The Role of a Clinical Manager

This role will work as part of our Auckland team and take a pro-active role as a key professional leader alongside our operational Managers, responsible for enabling our teams to achieve high quality clinical outcomes and client centred care across Auckland from our Penrose branch.

It will involve influencing and supporting change, together with being a role model for clinical excellence. Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager and the company's Director of Nursing, ensuring that we continuously work to maintain professional standards and consistent practises across our whole business and achieve the best outcomes for the people we support in the community.

As a key member of our Auckland management team, the role also provides clinical oversight and leadership to a team of Registered Health professionals and community-based support teams.

What qualities are we looking for?

• Be a NZ Registered Health Professional with current NZ annual practising certificate
• Have a postgraduate qualification in nursing (or equivalent)
• A minimum of five years clinical experience in a relevant community based health care setting
• Ability to demonstrate a clear passion for achieving consistent high quality standards of support, outcomes and operational contractual requirements
• Proven experience in leading, motivating and managing successful clinical teams
• Be able to embrace change and successfully drive quality clinical outcomes & improvements
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and build respectful relationships with others
