We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager with a broad experience in Aged Care
Our client's facility is a beautiful, new, purpose built Aged Care Facility provides a range of aged care services for residents which includes of Hospital and Rest Home and Dementia services
So if you have an interest and background in:
- Lead and inspire the Nursing team
- Leading by example
- Passionate about the delivery of Service to the older people
- Ensure excellent care provided to the residents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Manage and achieve Budget
- Maintain profitability
- Maximise independence and deliver the best care
- Illustrating a strong values base around respect, independence and responsiveness
- Quality Management
- Progressing your management skills as you lead and develop your teams
- Health and Safety procedures
You will have:
- Current Practicing Certificate with proven work history
- Sound Management experience
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Good understanding of Geriatric care
