The Role
 
At TriEx, Gallagher Bassett we are growing!  With well-established clinics in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland, we are excited to be building our Auckland team to continue delivering an excellent service to our growing North Island client base.  Reporting to the Health Manager, this role is essential in assuring capability within our nursing team, being a stickler for process and procedure while always keeping an eye out for improvements along the way.
 
The comprehensive scope of services provided by TriEx will ensure this is an interesting and varied role. Key responsibilities may include:

• Managing clinical process and procedures
  
• Oversee clinical risk & compliance
  
• Maintenance of clinical reports and documents
  
• Developing capability of others
  
• Induction and Training of new starters
  
• Maintaining excellent client and team relationships
  

The Person
 
In this leadership role our ideal candidate will have:  

• Qualifications and experience working within occupational health
• A strong clinical background – minimum 8 years
• A strong desire to practice in the workplace health field
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• First-rate time management skills
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• A fantastic attitude
