Our client is a highly reputable family owned Funeral Home with over 40 years experience providing the highest level of care to families. Serving the Palmerston North, Feilding and Marton communities, Beauchamp Funeral Home pride themselves on offering the highest level of support to families to ensure their loved ones are farewelled and remembered in the most loving and respectful way.
Beauchamp Funeral Home are looking for two exceptional people to join their team in Palmerston North. They are seeking a Senior Funeral Director and Funeral Director-Embalmer (trainee).
As the Senior Funeral Director, you will have proven experience in delivering exceptional care throughout the entire funeral process and proven leadership ability with a desire to influence and achieve.
For the trainee role, Beauchamp are offering the unique opportunity for you to step into the funeral industry and experience how rewarding a career in the Funeral industry can be.
The Funeral Director-Embalmer role is a trainee role so whilst any previous experience will be advantageous, full training will be provided. Mostly we are looking for candidates who have exceptional customer service skills and can show empathy, patience and resilience in performing the role.

- Have strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with a wide variety of people
- Be a true team player who happily goes above and beyond the call of duty
- Be a compassionate, empathetic person who builds relationships with ease
- Have a strong commitment to customer service and delivery for every family
- Have meticulous attention to detail and proven desire to get things right
- Have impeccable personal presentation
- Hold a current and full Drivers Licence
