Our client is a well respected and well established healthcare provider for elderly residential care, currently looking for dynamic Clinical Manager for their large, warm and homely facility based in South Auckland.
The ideal person needs to be an experienced Clinical Manager or Coordinator who enjoys motivating and leading staff and establish relationship with the local community.
The key attributes for this role:
* Lead, coach and manage the team successfully
* Oversee the day to day clinical service delivery
* Registered Nurse qualification with current APC
* Must be a good communicator
* Risk Management
* Health and Safety
* Empathy with residents and their families
* Previous management experience
* Quality Improvement
* Minimum of 2 years Management experience
