Responsibilities:
- Data entry of invoices / debit notes
- All banking / receipting & payments
- Debtor maintenance
- General reception duties
- Overall administration support to business
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- Experience within the Logistics industry preferred but not necessary
- Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail
- Good data entry skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of accounts receivables/payables preferred
- Work well in a small team environment
- Flexibility to support a small office environment at times with multi-tasking
