Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of invoices / debit notes
  • All banking / receipting & payments
  • Debtor maintenance
  • General reception duties
  • Overall administration support to business

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
  • Experience within the Logistics industry preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail
  • Good data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounts receivables/payables preferred
  • Work well in a small team environment
  • Flexibility to support a small office environment at times with multi-tasking
