Having reviewed their staffing resources, they have space for an additional high level Intermediate Accountant to be part of their dynamic team. They operate out of modern office which reflects their dynamic cultural identity and approach to client's matters.
They operate a relatively flat structure and the ownership of client management is pushed down to the staff operating at the coal face, meaning you will enjoy plenty of client contact further developing your business acumen. Their flat structure also enables you to benefit from working closely with the Directors and be mentored by the best.
Their sophisticated training and professional development will enable you to take on more senior level advisory responsibilities in the future. As this firm is focused on succession planning for the future, there will be plenty of internal opportunities available to progress.
The successful candidate will be recently qualified or on their way to completing their CA qualification. They will have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in a Chartered Accounting practice and enjoys the challenge of managing and servicing client's needs.
