We are looking for new employees to join our hard-working team of Cleaners. This is an important role that supports the care we are able to provide to our families and community. With this in mind, we are looking for people who share our values of:

Our service is 24/7 and we employ over 170 Cleaners, so we have both full-time and part-time employment opportunities available with weekends included. We take care of both the inside and outside of the Auckland City Hospital, Grafton and Greenlane Clinical Centre sites which makes everyday a learning opportunity and different.

To join our team, we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate the following:

·    good verbal communication and ‘people’ skills 

·    reliable transport to get to and from work 

·    reasonable level of physical fitness 

·    pride in supporting the organisation to provide a clean and healthy hospital environment for families

·    commitment to the responsibilities involved with the role

·    confident to work unsupervised and to comply with health and safety requirements

·    previous cleaning experience (advantageous but not essential) – motivation and passion for cleaning are paramount

·    experience in automated ride on Carpet and hard floor cleaning machinery (advantageous but not essential) – confidence to learn new things is essential
