In this position, you will find yourself working within a supportive Maternal and Child Health team providing care for new mothers and their children 0 to 5 years. You will also have access to a dynamic multidisciplinary team in a community based setting including Allied Health services. You will be supported throughout your transition into the role and the Moree region.
