We have a fixed term vacancy for a Property Officer commencing September 2018 based in Whangarei. In this position, you will assist the Strategic Projects Manager with practical and administrative aspects of the (Council owned) residential and commercial property management function. You will provide a range of allied services including the administration of Council leases, rent reviews, property sale and purchases and ensure that all work produced is in accordance with existing plans for property maintenance and improvement.
Ideally, we are seeking someone who has a minimum of two years' experience in a practical property related role along with a qualification in property, legal, project management or related discipline is desirable.
