No two days are ever the same as the Customer Experience Shift Supervisor. You will have responsibility and accountability leading your Customer Experience team and be the first point of contact on shift. In addition, you will be the go-to person for the facility, ensuring that our customers and members needs are exceeded. On a daily basis, you will ensure adherence to health and safety standards and have fiscal responsibility. Our Customer Experience teams work within our 'Winning Positive Culture Model' and ensure on a daily basis; our staff feel supported, are provided with opportunities and know that the work that we do has meaning and we all have a sense of purpose.

To be successful, you'll have a natural ability to make good judgment decisions under pressure, prioritise and delegate multiple tasks. Previous experience in leading and supervising high performing teams is desirable. Additional Information:

  • Salary: $22.20 - $26.44 per hour
  • Hours of work: Fixed-term, full time. 39 hours per week, up until December 2018 at Jellie Park

Tuesday - Friday - eight hours per day
Saturday - seven hours
