Our Risk and Assurance group requires a Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst to work closely with other members of the Risk and Assurance team to support the ongoing implementation of EQC's compliance and risk management policy and framework. You and the rest of the team will work to develop ongoing and future approaches to compliance and risk management that are effective and relevant. This will use your risk knowledge, ability to build strong networks and excellent communication skills.
You are an experienced Compliance and Risk Professional who is trustworthy, hard working and customer focused. As an ambassador for compliance and risk within the EQC business, you must show a desire to drive change, be very good at writing management and Board reports, provide consistency between your words and actions, and be seen as direct and truthful at all times.
Your expertise will be in a compliance and/or risk role, preferably in a financial services environment, though we are open to other backgrounds. You will be able to show that you have implemented and improved compliance programmes, worked closely with business units to incorporate risk controls and can help support their business continuity and DR plans.
In addition to your technical skills, it will be important for you to demonstrate these characteristics:
