My Client:
Is looking for a graduate who has some Accounts Payable experience to join their energetic and dynamic finance team base in central Auckland starting late July. This role is for approximately 5-6 months covering maternity leave.
Is looking for a graduate who has some Accounts Payable experience to join their energetic and dynamic finance team base in central Auckland starting late July. This role is for approximately 5-6 months covering maternity leave.
The Role:
This role you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and working alongside the rest of the finance team.
Processing and reconciling invoices
Answering customer queries over the phone and email
Updating client information
Helping to prepare payment runs
General administration tasks when needed
Credit control
Helping the overall finance team when needed.
You will have:
High volume/ high pressure experience
Excellent command of English both written and verbal
Pleasant phone manner
Understand accounting processes
Be deadline driven.
Available to start last week of July.
