About the role:
We are looking for a Team Leader to join the Privacy and Official Information Services team (POI).
The role of the Team Leader is to lead a team who provide personal information to clients in compliance with the Privacy and Official Information Acts.
This role has a focus on developing and maintaining a highly capable team by ensuring high levels of people management, staff support and coaching are achieved. The Team Leader will also hold responsibility for managing and escalating risk, quality assurance and excellent standards of reporting and analysis.
Skills and experience:
You will have:
- experience in leading and developing customer focussed teams
- demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
- excellent communication skills
- a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- an understanding and working knowledge of the Privacy and Official Information Acts.
