- This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operator to lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive ‘Safer Vehicles' programme for New Zealand workplaces that will influence across industry sectors. We are therefore seeking an experienced intervention design and delivery specialist who also has expertise in the area of vehicle safety, particularly in and around vehicles at places of work.

About the role
The Implementation Lead is a team member position in the Engagement and Implementation team, which sits within the Strategy and Performance Group.
The Implementation Lead will take a lead role in the design and delivery of a comprehensive ‘Safer Vehicles' programme for New Zealand workplaces that will influence across industry sectors and interface with our four high risk sector programmes (Construction, Manufacturing, Agriculture and Forestry).
Duties
- Design and deliver a comprehensive ‘Safer Vehicles' programme
- From an evidence-based understanding of our customer-base, complete the detailed intervention design for work commissioned by System Strategies team
- Support Engagement Leads to deliver on sector workstreams
- Apply light-touch project disciplines with line management accountability for deliverables
Skills & Experience
- Experience in intervention design and delivery specialist
- Expertise in the area of vehicle safety, particularly in and around vehicles at places of work
- A confident and effective communicator
- Experience working in behaviour change intervention design and delivery
- Deep understanding of intervention levers for delivering social change
