The opportunity
At
Panuku Development Auckland
we are creating transformational change in how Auckland grows! We are about catalysing urban redevelopment opportunities and creating value through leveraging council assets and partnering with private developers, iwi, not-for-profit organisations and central government across the Auckland region to drive urban regeneration.
You will have the opportunity to rotate through key teams within Panuku Development Auckland, which may include place shaping, development, portfolio management and strategy and engagement.
About you
To be eligible to apply, you must have the following:
- Be eligible to work in New Zealand, or be eligible to apply for a Post-Study Work Visa
- A relevant Bachelor degree or postgraduate qualification obtained in the last two years, or be a current student and graduating before the end of January 2019.
This graduate programme is a unique opportunity to gain exposure and experience in Panuku Development Auckland, within a team focused on achieving our vision – for Auckland to be a world-class city. We are looking for graduates with a qualification in a relevant field, specifically urban design, land use planning, portfolio management, project management (external) and property law.

You’ll be supported every step of the way with a support team who want you to succeed including a mentor, graduate liaison and graduate network. The graduate programme is typically made up of four, six-month rotations across a number of business areas, giving you accelerated learning and development, all whilst helping to make Auckland a world-class city.
