The opportunity

You will be joining our team in Howick Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Service Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Customer Service Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of enquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone.  You will find that no day is the same!

About you

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs.  Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role. 

Ideally, you’ll hold a First Aid Certificate. The centre operates 7 days a week, so reliability and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts is crucial.

This is a permanent part-time role working 6.5 hours per week. Our Pool and Leisure Centre operates a 7-day service, so reliability and commitment to work early and late shifts as well as weekends, between 5:00 am and 9.30 pm is crucial.  The flexibility to work extra shifts when required across these hours is important.
