The Role: What This Opportunity's All About

  • Community Mental Health Nurse - South Adult Community Services
  • Fixed-term, full-time role until (15/10/18)
  • Case management role including assessment, treatment and building relationships with consumers and their families
  • Working within a MDT in an integrated manner with the inpatient team
  • Adhere to guidelines of Cultural Safety and the Treaty of Waitangi

Skills and Experience

  • NZ Registered Nurse holding a current APC and scope to practice in Mental Health
  • Community nursing experience preferred however, not essential
  • Whakawhanaungatanga (ability to forge and foster relationships)
  • Whakamanaakitanga (ability to treat others with respect, encouragement and support)
  • Whakakotahitanga (ability to work in your role and actively participate and align this to our organisational values and goals)
