The Role: What This Opportunity's All About
- Community Mental Health Nurse - South Adult Community Services
- Fixed-term, full-time role until (15/10/18)
- Case management role including assessment, treatment and building relationships with consumers and their families
- Working within a MDT in an integrated manner with the inpatient team
- Adhere to guidelines of Cultural Safety and the Treaty of Waitangi
Skills and Experience
- NZ Registered Nurse holding a current APC and scope to practice in Mental Health
- Community nursing experience preferred however, not essential
- Whakawhanaungatanga (ability to forge and foster relationships)
- Whakamanaakitanga (ability to treat others with respect, encouragement and support)
- Whakakotahitanga (ability to work in your role and actively participate and align this to our organisational values and goals)
