  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week, 1.0 FTE)
  • Fixed-term position for six months

What You Will Do

This is a varied and interesting role in which you will provide professional, efficient and confidential support to the Kia Tōpū team, including the Senior Responsible Owner and Programme Director while taking care of the general administration of Kia Tōpū's operations.

Who You Are

You will have initiative, excellent organisational skills with a focus for detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills are also essential with the ability to quickly develop effective professional relationships. Having experience in providing general office support, data entry and working with database systems would be preferred along with advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and/ or Filemaker pro etc.

The objects of the Kia Tōpū Steering Group and Working Group are to develop UC's capability in research and teaching to support the sustainable production, efficient processing and secure distribution of health foods. To accelerate and grow this capability, UC will attract capabilities through partnership and external funding, and will reprioritise and redirect internal resources and capabilities.
