We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Administrator based right here in Lower Hutt, so if you are tired of the morning commute and want to work closer to home then look no further.
 
We are looking for a Team Administrator with strong administrative skills to ensure the Treatment Injury Cover Assessment Centre are supported in a professional and highly efficient manner.
 
This role is a great opportunity for you to get stuck in and really lift and define the role to create a strong purpose which provides secretarial, general office and team administration services.
 
As a high performing and professional administrator, you will enjoy the challenge of juggling a variety of tasks and being able to manage competing demands on your time. We will benefit from your administration experience, including diary and email management, preparing documents, organising meetings, booking travel and supporting managers with their busy roles.
 
Key responsibilities will include:
  •  Provide all general administration support
  • Maintain effective administration systems and procedures
  • Liaise with internal and external vendors/suppliers
  • Arrange meetings, presentations and conferences
  • Organise travel arrangements for team members
  • Provide administrative functions for financial management, HR, reporting and contract management
  • Continually seek to improve processes for better ways of working
