This contract position is within a new customer centric operations / processing team for a government organisation. The team leader will be part of a wider team responsible for implementation of guidelines, systems and policies by which applications will be assessed and screened for eligibility.
To be successful in the role you will have experience in implementation of new guidelines and systems, leading, managing and developing a team, along with continuous improvement as processes evolve.
You will be customer driven, flexible, contribute to work programmes, quality and performance targets, have a can do attitude, take ownership, display urgency and have the ability to bring ideas to life.
