We are looking for two Senior Analysts/Advisors who can help develop and shape a couple of complex projects that span the technical, operational policy and political realms. This is a significant programme of work that underpins New Zealand’s Conservation.

You will have a strong understanding of Government processes, reporting with Ministers but also the operational, project coordination and broad stakeholder engagement skills to consult with a wide national audience.

You will need excellent verbal and written communications skills to ensure projects are well planned and endorsed across business groups, the Senior Leadership team and the Minister. In many cases it will be about harnessing existing technical knowledge and shaping it into outputs that land well.

A background or understanding of economics will be an advantage
You will be operationally outcomes focussed whilst engaging with policy and bio diversity teams.
