In the Customer Group, we're focused on activity that will improve our customer's experience and help create an organisation that kiwis trust and value. ACC's core focus is to prevent accidents from happening as best we can, and when they do, reduce the impact of injury.

As our Senior Customer Feedback Specialist, you will work with the other functions within the Customer group, and the wider business to seek and interpret insights and feedback to drive customer-centric change and process improvement.

You will ensure that insightful feedback flows to all corners of the organisation, and then have a key role in improving the way our customers experience our organisation.

About the role

This role reports into the Manager, Customer Feedback and Experience Design.

Initially you will work to implement the tools and technology required to manage, measure and improve our customer experience.

On a day to day basis you will be using these tools and technology to gather insights, listening to our customers and ensuring that their needs are forefront when developing and designing services for our wider customer base. This role will focus on a continuous improvement and learning cycle, and working in real time to identify issues and measure success.
