Highly stable and driven structural engineering consultancy is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their competent team and be part of the next stage of growth. The management here is young and have a different approach to other firms.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a good grounding in low-rise development, and ideally with architecturally-designed houses and buildings, rather than the run of the mill volume developments. Ideally suited to someone who enjoys doing high-end residential work.
With a focus on building relationships with Architects and contractors, this would be perfect for the engineer who gets more value from the relationships developed during a project than the technical side of projects, however technical skill and accuracy is obviously still required.
While the rest of the team works on projects in the industrial space, retail shopping centres, and low-rise residential, you will be dedicated to the high-end residential projects.
You will benefit from working closely with the senior Principal Engineer to upskill in business development whilst sinking your teeth in to new builds across Auckland and surrounds.
Additionally, the Director here is known for his passion of growing engineers and mentoring them through to CPEng status. You will get diversity and development here – don’t be held back.
