Your new company
Our client is a leading consultancy in their environmental field working in various market sectors including waters and civil infrastructure. Due to consistent growth they require an experienced Water Engineer to join a well-established team and work on design and delivery for major water infrastructure and waste water projects.
Your new role
- Concept and detailed design of water sewer pipelines and major works projects
- Investigations, inspections, analysis, design, documentation and progress reports
- Liaise with Clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of Major Works projects
- Accurate planning, scoping, budgeting and project management
- Maintain appropriate technical standards, legislation, codes of practises and NZ Standards
What you'll need to succeed
A good understanding of water engineering, having experienced working the field for a minimum of 2 years’ experience in NZ. You will come with a degree in Environmental Engineering, ideally from NZ University and be familiar with AutoCAD software. Current experience in NZ is ideal but we will also consider returning kiwis from abroad. You need to have a passion for the work and technology used, ready and willing to take on new knowledge within the team and eager to progress in your career.
