We are interested in employing the following skilled trades to join our Trades team in Auckland, Nelson and Greymouth:

We have exciting opportunities for Mechanical Fitters to join our team – we offer work variety and regular overtime and reward you with a competitive rate. We pride ourselves on hiring talented tradesmen with initiative and drive who work well independently and as part of a team.
You will have a trade qualification as a Fitter Turner/Fitter Welder/Mechanical Fitter/Maintenance & Diagnostics or relevant experience as a Journeyman in a Heavy Engineering environment. We work on client sites around the Auckland Region and also across New Zealand and Australia undertaking Material Handling project installations, commissioning and preventive/corrective maintenance on plant across all the industries listed above. You will have excellent fault finding and diagnostic abilities to support this. Ability to obtain welding tickets would also be beneficial.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual with good practical skills and an excellent attitude to Health & Safety. You will have good communication skills and be able to build relationships with both clients and your colleagues with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, to weld and thrive on working on industrial site environments unsupervised.
You must have the relevant immigration status to work in New Zealand and be physically fit with the ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test.
