Experienced Structural Engineer required for this unique and challenging position in a Hamilton based company

This is an established, family owned business who are specialists within architectural barrier systems. They pride themselves on the service and solutions they provide to their clients as well as their continued innovative approach. Due to a retiring employee they are now looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join the team.

This is a key position within the business and will see the successful candidate responsible for a variety of tasks. You will be required to undertake engineering calculations, write associated reports, issue producer statements, oversee the design and drawing of specifications as well as deal with internal and external stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• A Bachelor of Engineering and CPEng registration
• Excellent working knowledge of NZ Building Codes and ability to complete CAD drawings when required
• Strong mentorship and English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sound personal values around honesty, sincerity and integrity
