ABOUT THE COMPANY:

A large reputable international Engineering Consultancy and a tier one construction company who operate throughout New Zealand and Internationally. They are both market leaders in the delivery of major engineering and construction projects and have experience that stretches over 100 years.

Have maintained strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers undertaking demanding projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A project manager role working with structural design and managing the site
• A Structural Design and project manager role
• Working on one of the largest projects in Auckland
• Working on compliance with standards and regional building code/regulation
• Quality control of design and construction

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ability to analyse, interrogate and disseminate design and specification information
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Design and Project Management
• High level of design knowledge as well as been an Innovative thinker, problem solver, and manage a team
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project Management
• Understand the interrelationships between structure and building services, quality control / built-elements, and design
