Due to excellent growth in 2017/18, a client of ours who specialises in hydraulic engineering and controls is now looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team.
With Projects based across the Waikato, Auckland and Northland regions, the ideal candidate will have sound experience in managing multiple jobs, ranging from 3 weeks to 34 months in length and at various stages of completion. These projects range from site installations to maintenance, with teams of between 5-15 technicians /engineers, per project.
Duties
- Mechanical or engineering Degree qualified
- Trade background as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer highly desirable
- Experience on a range of Mechanical or Hydraulic projects
- Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Project Management experience
- Strong experience of leading teams of technicians/ engineers
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Strong commercial background
- Autonomous and technically minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
