WSP Opus Landscape Architecture are NZ's largest multi-disciplinary based Landscape Architecture team operating across five studio locations. Our award-winning team work across both public and private sectors and provide landscape design, urban design and landscape planning expertise.
The Landscape Architecture team's growing success has seen the team secure several exciting projects for our Hamilton studio. We're looking for a confident, forward-thinking Intermediate Landscape Architect to work alongside our existing eight person Auckland team. While the role will be predominantly Hamilton based it will include opportunities to collaborate and work throughout NZ and internationally.
The opportunity:
- You’ll work on a diverse range of projects including open space, recreation, transportation, civic and residential works;
- You’ll be working in a collaborative studio environment alongside a multi-disciplinary team of engineering and environmental professionals;
- You’ll deliver imaginative and enduring projects which are based on a multi-disciplinary design-led approach;
- You’ll contribute to design and technical leadership to the Hamilton and wider national teams;
- A minimum of 2 years’ professional practice and able to demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding project outcomes;
- A working knowledge of a range of landscape architectural tools such as CAD, 3D modelling and Adobe Suite etc.;
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
- Design-led thinking with the ability to work collaborative with a range of other professionals, challenge conventions, influence, innovate and deliver excellence;
