ABOUT THE COMPANY:

• A structural and civil engineering design consultancy, located in Tauranga
• Work in the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors
• Clients include national housing companies, commercial developers and the Ministry of Education to name a few
• Many of their clients are small architectural design practices and developers who they work with on a regular basis
• A small consultancy who are busy and looking to expand

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works across residential, industrial and commercial sectors
• Demonstrate technical and detailing skills with a high attention to detail
• Work within a team
• Liaise effectively and efficiently with a mix of clients
• Thoroughly review the reports of your peers and junior staff as required

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Relevant Washington accord Engineering Bachelors or Masters
• Minimum of 3 years of New Zealand experience
• Working knowledge of NZ codes and standards
• Be able to work accurately and independently while managing your time to meet due dates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
