We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Accounts Receivable member to join the team in the short term for a fixed term contract of 5 months.  

We currently have a high processing workload, and a large project on the go, so are requiring short term support on the AR side. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Receipting client payments
• Invoicing progress payments
• Preparing settlement spreadsheets
• Preparing customers contracts
• Other ad hoc tasks 

Your skills and experience for this role will include:

• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills is a MUST
• The ability to enter data efficiently and accurately
• Previous experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Microsoft Excel is important
• Previous experience using accounting software
