One of New Zealand's top Professional services consultancies is looking to bolster their capability within the Auckland structures market with an Associate Director level appointment. Reporting into the National Structures Manager you will be responsible for a medium sized team of high performing Engineers. You will need strong Technical leadership with a proven track record in running, delivering and managing complex, large scale Structural projects. This opportunity with offer a high performing Structural Manager the chance to be at the forefront of structural design and consulting of NZ's most challenging builds.
Critical to this role will be prior experience within a multi-disciplinary consulting environment, and exposure to medium to large scale complex New Zealand based projects.
To be considered you will have:
- 12 + years in design led Structural Engineering
- CPEng Structural status with Engineers New Zealand
- Full project life cycle experience from feasibility and concept design, to detailed design and delivery.
- Well networked within the local Auckland and wider NZ market
- Proven track record of project and staff management
